Warranties
In addition to standard manufacturers warranties, we offer a two-year parts & labour guarantee on all our work, with lifetime guarantee on some speakers. Extended warranties are available at nominal extra cost.
For more complex residential systems or commercial installations we strongly recommend our '5 Year Peace of Mind Maintenance Agreement'.
This comprehensive Service Contract, backed by United, includes 5 Years warranty on all the components in the system (Excluding consumables like batteries, projector lamps etc). It includes regular scheduled visits to upgrade firmware, update remotes with changes to Freeview or Foxtel channels for example, and to check that the system is operating properly.
In the case of component failure we will respond to your notification promptly to ensure a quick warranty repair by either fixing the fault on site or by removing the unit, transporting it to the appropriate service center, then returning it and re-connecting it once repaired. We'll even loan you a replacement unit if we can in the case of a prolonged delay.
Your Maintenance Agreement , which must be arranged at the time of sale, is designed to keep your system operating optimally, and costs just 3.25% of the total system price per year.
